Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of favore.ai and the AI image and video generation, editing, transformation, storage, and related services provided by Favore ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services in your country. If you are not legally able to enter a contract, a parent, guardian, or authorized organization must accept these Terms for you. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect the Service or enforce these Terms.

2. The Service and AI results

Favore provides access to multiple AI models and creative tools. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee that any input will produce a result, that results will be unique, or that results will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Model availability, features, processing time, output quality, usage limits, credit costs, and retention periods may change. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. Preview or beta features may be less reliable and may change without notice.

You must independently review outputs before using or publishing them. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.

3. Your content

"User Content" includes prompts, uploads, reference materials, settings, feedback, and outputs associated with your account. As between you and Favore, you retain any rights you have in User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, display, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed for your User Content and our processing of it. You are responsible for obtaining consent from identifiable people and for respecting copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights.

Rights in AI-generated content vary by jurisdiction and may not exist or be exclusive. We do not assign rights that belong to model providers or third parties and do not guarantee that an output is free of third-party claims. Third-party model terms may apply to certain features.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• create, upload, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers children;
• impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or facilitate violence or illegal activity;
• create deceptive deepfakes or misleading political, biometric, identity, or evidentiary content without legally required consent and disclosure;
• develop malware, evade safeguards, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, overload systems, or gain unauthorized access;
• scrape, reverse engineer, extract models, bypass rate or usage limits, or use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service without our written permission; or
• use outputs or the Service to train or improve a competing model or service where prohibited by applicable provider terms or law.

We may use automated and manual measures to detect violations and may block content or access. Report suspected abuse to support@favore.ai.

5. Third-party services and providers

The Service relies on third parties for AI inference, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, and payments, including providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Replicate, and fal.ai. Your use of third-party features may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid features may require a subscription or credits. Prices, taxes, included credits, expiration, usage rates, plan limits, and media-retention periods are shown at purchase or on the pricing page. AI tasks may consume credits when submitted or completed; the amount can vary by model and settings. Completed processing remains consumed even if you dislike or delete the output. When a task fails because of a verified service error, credits may be restored.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through available account or billing controls. Purchases and refunds are also governed by our Payments & Refunds Policy. Except as stated there or required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may correct credit balances affected by error, fraud, chargeback, or abuse.

7. Favore intellectual property

The Service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and all content we provide—excluding User Content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you send feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content processed or made available through the Service infringes your rights, contact support@favore.ai with your contact details, identification of the work or right, the relevant content or URL, a good-faith explanation, and any legally required declaration. We may remove content or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or if needed to protect users, providers, or the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and content may be deleted according to our retention practices. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and that results will be unique or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favore and its affiliates, providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Favore for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Favore and its affiliates, providers, and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, risk, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above, with additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

14. General

These Terms, together with policies linked here, are the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with our business or the Service. Nothing creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.

Mandatory law in your place of residence remains applicable. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
