Copyright & Complaints Policy
How to report copyright and other rights concerns, request a review, and appeal content restrictions.
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Rights and responsibility
Favore is an independent AI creative platform. Third-party names, works, and trademarks remain with their rights holders; referring to them does not imply endorsement or sponsorship. Using our tools, templates, or outputs does not grant a licence to third-party music, images, videos, likenesses, or brands. You must have the necessary permissions for your uploads and intended use of outputs.
2. Submit a complaint
Email support@favore.ai with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:
- Your name, contact email, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.
- The work or right concerned and evidence of ownership or authority to act.
- The exact Favore URL, item or task ID, or other information that lets us locate the material.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and supporting evidence.
- A statement that your information is accurate and you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised, taking account of applicable permissions and legal exceptions.
- Your typed name or signature.
3. Review and action
Our support team records and manually reviews reports and may request clarification. Depending on the evidence, we may restrict access during review, remove material, or decline an unsupported complaint. Where practicable and lawful, we notify affected users of the reason and review outcome. We assess reports promptly; timing depends on their completeness, urgency, and complexity. We can act only on material or access we control.
4. Request another review
If you believe a restriction was mistaken, reply to the support email with the case reference, affected material, your contact details, and evidence of ownership, permission, a legal exception, or mistaken identification. We review the additional information and communicate the outcome. Access may be restored when justified, subject to applicable law and unresolved rights concerns.
5. Repeated infringement and misuse
We may restrict or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances for repeated infringement. Knowingly false or abusive complaints may also lead to account restrictions. Our review process does not decide ownership disputes or replace legal remedies.
6. Likeness, privacy, and information handling
For unauthorised likeness use, intimate images, or deceptive deepfakes, email support@favore.ai with the subject “Rights or privacy concern”. Identify the location, explain your connection to the person affected, and provide relevant evidence. Do not send extra intimate material or unrelated identity documents.
We handle complaint and appeal information under our Privacy Policy. We may share relevant details with the affected party where reasonably necessary to review the matter, limiting unnecessary personal information. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for review, security, disputes, and legal obligations. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not limit rights under applicable law.
