Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Favore ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal data when you visit favore.ai, create an account, purchase credits or subscriptions, or use our AI image and video generation, editing, and transformation tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, profile image, sign-in method, authentication records, and account preferences.
• User content: prompts, uploaded images, video, audio, masks, reference files, generation settings, and AI-generated or edited outputs.
• Transaction information: plan, credit balance and usage, purchase history, subscription status, currency, and payment references. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store complete card numbers.
• Support and communications: messages, feedback, refund requests, and other information you send us.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
• Cookies and similar technologies: information described in our Cookie Policy.

If you sign in through Google, GitHub, or another enabled identity provider, we receive the profile and account information that provider makes available according to your settings and authorization.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to:

• provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Service;
• authenticate users and secure accounts;
• process AI tasks, store and deliver results, and maintain creation history;
• administer subscriptions, credits, payments, refunds, and customer support;
• communicate service, transactional, security, and policy notices;
• measure performance and understand how the Service is used;
• detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, and technical or security incidents; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How AI content is processed

To perform a task, we may send your prompts, input files, settings, and related technical data to AI inference providers, including providers such as Replicate or fal.ai and the model operators they use. These providers process the content to return results and may handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you are not authorized to use. AI inputs and outputs are not used by us to train our own foundation models. If a third-party model provider offers different retention or training choices, its terms may also apply.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Infrastructure and storage providers, including Cloudflare and database hosting providers;
• AI processing providers, including Replicate, fal.ai, and relevant model operators;
• Payment providers, including Stripe;
• Authentication providers, when you choose social sign-in;
• Email, analytics, and support providers, including Cloudflare Email or Resend and, when enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity;
• Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse; and
• A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal data for money. Depending on local law, analytics or advertising-related disclosures may be considered "sharing"; you may have a right to opt out.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Generated media is retained according to the retention period shown for your plan and may then be automatically deleted. Provider copies may expire on a different schedule. Account, creation, security, credit-ledger, transaction, tax, and support records may be kept longer where needed for account operation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

You may delete eligible content or request account or personal-data deletion by contacting support@favore.ai. Deletion from active systems may take time, and limited records may remain in backups or where retention is legally required. Deleting outputs does not reverse completed AI processing or restore consumed credits.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

To submit a request, email support@favore.ai from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity and may retain a record of the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children who cannot legally consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
