Standard photos have a white or solid-color background and a fixed 2000 × 2000 output. Scene backgrounds support presets, descriptions, reference images and three aspect ratios. Each run creates one image. Relighting, creative photography and placement in your own scene are also available.

Do I need to write a prompt?

Presets need no prompt. For a custom background, write an English description or upload a reference image. Reference images guide the scene; they are not copied exactly. Descriptions and reference images cannot be used together.

Will my uploaded background image be used exactly?

The reference image guides a newly generated scene. It is not a fixed backdrop or an exact cut-and-paste replacement. Use it to suggest the setting, surface and lighting, then review the result.

Will every product detail stay the same?

Check each result against the real product. AI may change edges, colors or packaging text. Marketplace approval and real unseen angles are not guaranteed.

How are credits charged?

You can see the required credits before generating. Each generation, including regenerating an image, uses credits. If generation fails, credits are returned according to the platform’s rules.
