How do I avoid odd scale or a floating product?

Use an uncluttered scene with a clear support surface and a camera angle close to the product photo. Match the box to the product proportions and place its base on that surface. Position controls guide placement; contact, shadows and exact background preservation still need review.

What files do I upload, and what will I receive?

Upload one product image and one scene image, each a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB. Each run creates one scene image. Framing comes from the scene input; this tool has no separate aspect-ratio control.

Do I need to write a prompt?

No written prompt is needed for relighting, creative photography or scene placement. Choose the controls and upload the required images.

Will every product detail stay the same?

Check each result against the real product. AI may change edges, colors or packaging text. Marketplace approval and real unseen angles are not guaranteed.

How are credits charged?

You can see the required credits before generating. Each generation, including regenerating an image, uses credits. If generation fails, credits are returned according to the platform’s rules.
